I believe that…surrounding reality – events, experiences, relation-ships with people, accidents, the state of our health, financial condition, our ups and downs reflect the state of our heart and the need for evolution. We attract only what we have inside. Everything we do to others, we do to ourselves – hurting others, we hurt ourselves, adoring others, we adore ourselves. We are mysterious immortal beings of unlimited potential. We are only limited by our ego which lives in the past or in the future, it’s never happy, always wanting something. Our escape is living here and now. Taking a brave step towards the well-being of us, other people, mother Gaia – actively, with enthusiasm and faith, without doubts, laziness, fear or calculations – ignoring mental clutter – who, what, how much, how long, why, mine, his, gains, losses, what she should’ve what he shouldn’t have, etc. Here and now with beauty, courage, dignity and feeling united with everyone- forgiving, apologizing, thanking, celebrating, loving, loving, loving.
Yoga
is a vast space which frees me, which awakens me every day and helps me manifest what is best in me.
Practising yoga, be it as a student or a teacher, I remember who I really am – love, calm, beauty, grace, wisdom, unity with the Universal being, immortal part of God. Yoga has greatly increased my self-awareness, made me sensitive to the subtle signals of my body, heart and spirit.
The miracle of yoga lies in the fact it is one of the few disciplines which view human being holistically, so it looks at its physical and metaphysical dimension of a person and their simultaneous influence on our life. Hence practicing yoga /asanas, meditation, pranayama, mantras, etc./ truly means it cannot be limited to the mat only. The natural consequence is caring for the true needs of the body, i.e. our diet changes into lighter and healthier. We also start to care about the hygiene of our thoughts, words and emotions which are food to us and affect greatly our health and the quality of our life. We develop respect and empathy for people, animals and the whole nature altogether. We experience a strong desire of living in truth and love. Our actions affect our well-being and that of others – we become the creators of the good today and better tomorrow.

Based on the tenets of s.c. enlightened business using among others very high morale in thoughts, words and actions as well as deep respect for everyone engaged in a given enterprise; obliging one to act for the benefit of the mankind in the energy of truth, joy, mutual support and love, to generate high and pure vibrations, inspiring to develop and expand spiritual consciousness of everybody appearing on the path of the business.
M&H is a pioneer on Polish market, holistic company of spiritual/material profile whose basis is the online shop www.moonandhills.com – space full of treasures for the body, heart and soul – mostly designed by me, from natural fabrics, such as linen, silk and cotton. All the products are permeated by spiritual energy of lofty words and signs from the Far East. We produce in Poland using fair trade and fair play practices. We create the company on the basis of friendship, warm relations, joy and awareness of positive energy which we put into every product offered in the shop. Initially, I created the company alone, I was one man orchestra, with time my great friend, Lucas Dolhan, joined me. We took all the photos on the website together as well as two editions of yoga calendar. Lucas has become an integral part of the company which is currently booming. We have endless ideas about how to develop the company. It has a great potential and it develops fast. It sparks interest of investors both in Poland and abroad. I truly love it – it is my great passion and I deeply believe in its success. I invest in it everything best in me. I observe with the gentlest eye how it grows and benefits humankind and the world. I dream that its positive, pure energy gets to many houses and many hearts becoming close and supportive friend on the spiritual path.
Where am I heading?
I’m heading inwards, to the source, home, to the place I come from, back to pure love, not changed by ego, to God whom I am part of.
This is where I’m heading with my every breath, thought, word, act, with my every meeting with another person, animal, tree, idea, plan, dream, prayer, with every tear and every smile.
